Nachbar*innenschaftsstrukturen im Bereich der Familien- und Jugendhilfe sind oftmals Reaktionen von Betroffenen auf fehlende oder unzureichende \u00f6ffentliche Betreuungs- oder Unterst\u00fctzungsangebote. Andererseits sind sie auch Bestandteil der Sozialstruktur eines Wohnquartiers sowie Ausdruck von zivilgesellschaftlichem Engagement und lebendiger Demokratie. Menschen durchbrechen in derartigen Zusammenh\u00e4ngen die Privatheit ihrer Familie. Damit werden Lebensr\u00e4ume und Rahmenbedingungen f\u00fcr Familien aktiv und solidarisch gestaltet. Ehrenamtliches Engagement ist nach unserem Verst\u00e4ndnis Care-Arbeit an der Gesellschaft und damit von \u00f6ffentlichem Interesse.<\/p>\n<p>Die Motivation und Bereitschaft dazu muss allerdings vor Ort mit angemessenen Kompetenzen und Strukturen verbunden werden, um die fachliche Qualit\u00e4t, die organisatorische Substanz, den Zusammenhalt einer Gruppe und die Freude am gemeinsamen Wirken sicherstellen k\u00f6nnen. Eltern und Sorgeverantwortliche, Kinder und Jugendliche brauchen f\u00fcr ihr Engagement daher vielf\u00e4ltige Unterst\u00fctzungs-, Beratungs- und Qualifizierungsangebote. Hier bieten wir wirksame Support-Strukturen an.<\/p>\n<p>Unsere Familienbildungsangebote im Bereich der Selbst- und Nachbar*innenschaftshilfe zielen auf die Gruppenstruktur und die Entfaltung individueller Handlungskompetenzen in inhaltlicher und organisatorischer Hinsicht.
