der Lebens- und Arbeitsanforderungen erfordert vielf\u00e4ltige Handlungs- und Schl\u00fcsselkomptenzen, welche lebenslang erweitert und aktualisiert werden. Sie gelten als wesentliche Voraussetzung, um am gesellschaftlichen Leben partizipieren zu k\u00f6nnen.<br \/>\nHandlungs- und Schl\u00fcsselkompetenzen sind dabei f\u00fcr uns die Auspr\u00e4gung, Verdichtung und Verbindung vorhandener und neuangeeigneter Verhaltensoptionen der Menschen, die ein probleml\u00f6sendes, fachkompetentes und werteorientiertes Agieren in verschiedenen Alltags- und Berufssituationen erm\u00f6glichen. Dazu geh\u00f6ren beispielsweise Sprachkompetenzen, Entscheidungs- und Probleml\u00f6sungsstrategien, Kooperationsbereitschaft, Kommunikations- und Konfliktf\u00e4higkeit, Kreativit\u00e4t und Empathie.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fcr unsere Familienbildung beim PEV stellt sich die Frage nach den Handlungs- und Schl\u00fcsselkompetenzen in nahezu allen Bildungsangeboten. Gerade Familie in ihrer Realit\u00e4t als vielschichtiges soziales Geflecht mit hohem Komplexit\u00e4tsgrad fordert die handelnden Personen t\u00e4glich heraus, die unterschiedlichsten Funktions- und Beziehungsebenen verl\u00e4sslich, kompetent und konstruktiv miteinander zu verbinden.<\/p>\n<p>Seminare und Kurse zur Aneignung und Verstetigung von Handlungs- und Schl\u00fcsselkompetenzen in diesem Sinne fokussieren neben fachlicher Qualifikation die methodischen und sozialen F\u00e4higkeiten und verstehen sich als eine Anleitung f\u00fcr selbst-, sozial- und sachkompetentes Handeln im Berufs-, Familien- und Lebensalltag.
